PDF Page Extractor
PDF Page Extractor builds a new PDF that contains only the pages you choose from a source document.
Your PDF stays on this device. Page thumbnails are rendered locally in your browser, and the new PDF is built in a dedicated browser worker.
Limits: one PDF up to 25 MB, 200 pages, 75 MB output. Password-protected PDFs are rejected. Bookmarks, form fields, attachments, document metadata and any digital signature are not carried into the new file; page content, embedded fonts and images are kept as-is.
How to use it
- Drop a PDF onto the tool, or use Select a PDF
- Click the pages to keep in the thumbnail grid, or type them as 1,3,5-8 in the Pages to keep field
- Select Extract pages to build a new PDF with only those pages
- Download the extracted PDF, or Reset to start with another document
Click page thumbnails to pick pages, use Select all, or type a list such as 1,3,5-8 — pages you type are kept in that exact order, so 5,1,3 produces a three-page PDF in that sequence. The file is inspected and rebuilt in a dedicated browser worker; it is never uploaded to Tooliba or a server. The result is a fresh PDF: page content, embedded fonts and images are copied as-is, but bookmarks, form fields, attachments, document metadata and any digital signature are not carried over. Password-protected PDFs are rejected. Limits are one PDF up to 25 MB, 200 pages, and 75 MB of output. For splitting a document into large contiguous sections, use Split PDF instead.
FAQ
Open the PDF, then either click the pages you want in the thumbnail grid or type them in the Pages to keep field. The field accepts single pages and ranges separated by commas, for example 1,3,5-8. Select Extract pages to download a new PDF containing only that selection.
Yes. Type 5-12 in the Pages to keep field, or combine ranges and single pages like 2,5-12,20. A range written backwards such as 12-5, a page 0, or a page number higher than the document each produce a specific error message rather than a silent failure.
No. The original file on your device is never modified. The tool reads it and writes a separate new PDF that holds only the pages you selected, in the order you entered them.
No. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs are rejected with a clear message. Remove the password in the application that created the PDF, then run the extractor on the unprotected copy.
No. The PDF is inspected and rebuilt entirely in your browser — thumbnails through a local PDF renderer, the new file in a dedicated browser worker. Nothing is sent to Tooliba or to a third-party service, and analytics records only that the tool was used.
