1. Service

Tooliba provides free web tools, informational pages and a directory of online tools. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed as the service evolves.

Unless a tool clearly states otherwise before use, Tooliba’s in-house browser tools are designed to process user-provided content locally in the browser whenever technically possible.

2. Permitted use

You may use Tooliba for lawful personal or professional purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law.

• Do not use Tooliba to violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
• Do not attempt to compromise, overload, probe or bypass the security of Tooliba or its infrastructure.
• Do not use automated access in a way that materially disrupts the service or circumvents technical safeguards.
• Do not submit content you are not entitled to process.

3. Your content

You remain responsible for files, text, URLs and other content you choose to process with a Tooliba tool. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of that content is lawful and that you have any rights or permissions required for it.

4. Accuracy and professional decisions

Tooliba aims to provide useful and reliable tools, but generated results may contain errors or may not be suitable for every purpose. You should verify important results before relying on them.

Tooliba does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, cybersecurity-response or other regulated professional advice. Tools that calculate, convert, inspect or generate information are provided as general-purpose utilities.

5. Availability

Tooliba is provided on an availability basis appropriate to a free online service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and maintenance, provider incidents or technical changes may temporarily affect availability.

6. Third-party services and links

Tooliba may reference third-party websites, software or services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link or listing does not by itself constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

7. Intellectual property

Tooliba’s original branding, interface and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Open-source software and third-party materials remain subject to their own licences and rights.

8. Advertising and affiliate relationships

Tooliba may be funded through advertising, sponsorships or affiliate links. Where commercial relationships are used, Tooliba aims to identify them appropriately and does not require users to purchase a third-party product in order to use the core free tools unless a page expressly states otherwise.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tooliba is not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by reliance on an unverified tool result, a third-party service or circumstances outside Tooliba’s reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory rights that apply to you.

10. Suspension and misuse

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect Tooliba, its users or third parties, respond to abuse, comply with law, or mitigate security or infrastructure risks.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when Tooliba’s features, business model or legal obligations change. The latest revision date is shown at the top of this page.

12. Governing law and contact
