Productivity Tools is three unrelated aids for structuring work time: a timer, a prioritisation grid and a cost estimate. The Pomodoro Timer runs focus and break intervals you configure and stays accurate in a background tab. The Eisenhower Matrix sorts tasks into the urgent/important quadrants and exports the list as text. The Meeting Cost Calculator turns headcount, duration and an hourly rate into a figure, with a live counter for a meeting in progress. Each keeps its data in this browser's local storage and sends nothing to a server.

Which tool should I use?

  • Use the Pomodoro Timer for a single work session; set the focus, short-break and long-break lengths (within 1-180, 1-60 and 1-120 minutes) and how many focus blocks precede a long break.
  • Use the Eisenhower Matrix to triage a backlog by urgency and importance — up to 100 tasks of 200 characters — then copy the plain-text plan.
  • Use the Meeting Cost Calculator to put a number on a meeting before or during it; it applies one flat hourly rate to everyone and is a planning estimate only.

Limitations and things to know

  • All three store their state in this browser only — clearing site data, or using another browser or device, starts from scratch, and nothing syncs.
  • The Pomodoro Timer keeps only the current cycle: no history, streaks or statistics, and notifications work only after you grant permission.
  • The Eisenhower Matrix has no due dates or reminders; its only output is the copied text plan.
  • The Meeting Cost Calculator supports EUR, USD, GBP, CAD and CHF, caps inputs (participants 10,000, hourly cost 1,000,000), and its figure excludes taxes, benefits and overhead.
