Case Converter

Word Counter reports the word, character, sentence and paragraph totals for whatever you type or paste, plus an estimated reading time, refreshing a fraction of a second after you stop typing. Words are runs of non-whitespace, so a hyphenated term or a contraction each count once. Sentences are found by looking for a period, exclamation mark or question mark followed by a space or the end of the text, which also treats "Dr." or "3.14" as sentence ends, so the figure is an estimate. Paragraphs are blocks separated by a blank line. The characters-with-spaces number is the raw string length, so an emoji or other character outside the basic plane adds two. Reading time is the word count divided by 200 words per minute, rounded up, with a floor of one minute. The box holds up to 200,000 characters and nothing you type leaves the page.

Text Diff & Compare puts two texts side by side and shows, line by line or word by word, exactly what changed between them — added, removed, or modified — entirely in your browser. Paste an original text and a modified text, pick line comparison or word comparison, and choose how to see the result: side by side in two columns, or unified in a single column with minus and plus markers. Before comparing, both texts have their line endings normalised, so a Windows CRLF and a Unix LF never count as a difference. Three options change only the comparison, never the text you see: ignore case (so "Hello" and "hello" match while both spellings stay visible), ignore leading and trailing whitespace on each line, and ignore blank lines. Modified lines are shown with an inline word-level highlight of the part that actually changed, up to a bounded length. The result includes a factual count of unchanged, added, removed, and modified lines, plus a unified comparison you can copy as plain text. Everything runs locally: the two texts, the options, and the comparison are never uploaded, logged, or stored, and closing the tab discards them. This is a purely textual comparison. It does not understand meaning, it is not a grammar, plagiarism, or AI check, and it does not prove that two documents say the same thing. It is also different from the JSON Diff tool, which compares the structure of two JSON values; this one compares plain text of any kind. Very large inputs are refused with a clear message rather than freezing the page, and two texts that differ almost completely are shown as one fully replaced block.

Lorem Ipsum Generator produces placeholder text — the familiar pseudo-Latin filler used to mock up layouts before the real copy exists — entirely in your browser. Choose whether you want paragraphs, sentences, or words, set an exact quantity within a fixed range (up to 20 paragraphs, 100 sentences, or 2,000 words), and click Generate. The words come from the classic Lorem Ipsum vocabulary, a set of Latin word forms that trace back to a first-century BC text by Cicero and that have been used as typesetting filler for decades; the list is built into the page, with no download and no external service. Generation is deterministic: the same unit, count, and options always produce the same output, which keeps results predictable and easy to check. An option, on by default, makes the text begin with the traditional "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet…" opening; turn it off to start from a different point in the corpus. You get the result as plain text, with paragraphs separated by blank lines, and as an HTML string with one paragraph tag per block, which you can copy but which is never rendered as live markup. A small stats line reports the number of words, sentences, paragraphs, and characters counted from the final text. Nothing you choose or generate leaves your browser — the options, the text, and the stats are never uploaded, logged, or stored. Lorem Ipsum is filler for mockups, layouts, and prototypes; it is not meaningful editorial content and it is not written or generated by AI. This tool is different from the Word Counter, which measures a text you paste, the Case Converter, which changes the case of your text, and the Text Diff tool, which compares two texts.

Text Line Tools applies one useful transformation at a time to a block of text organised one item per line, entirely in your browser. Sort the lines in ascending or descending order, with a natural order that puts item2 before item10 or a plain lexicographic order, and optionally make the comparison case-sensitive. Remove duplicate lines, keeping either the first or the last occurrence and without trimming them first, so "hello" and " hello" stay distinct. Remove blank lines, trim leading or trailing whitespace, reverse the order of the lines, or number them with a chosen start value, separator, and zero-padding. Line endings are normalised on input and the result is always written with LF. Nothing is uploaded or stored: the text, the operation, and the options never leave your browser. To chain steps, use "Use result as input" and pick another operation, one predictable step at a time. This is different from the CSV Duplicate Remover, which handles CSV columns and structure, and from the Text Diff tool, which compares two texts rather than transforming one.
