PDF Page Extractor builds a new PDF that contains only the pages you choose from a source document. Click page thumbnails to pick pages, use Select all, or type a list such as 1,3,5-8 — pages you type are kept in that exact order, so 5,1,3 produces a three-page PDF in that sequence. The file is inspected and rebuilt in a dedicated browser worker; it is never uploaded to Tooliba or a server. The result is a fresh PDF: page content, embedded fonts and images are copied as-is, but bookmarks, form fields, attachments, document metadata and any digital signature are not carried over. Password-protected PDFs are rejected. Limits are one PDF up to 25 MB, 200 pages, and 75 MB of output. For splitting a document into large contiguous sections, use Split PDF instead.

Merge PDF combines several PDF documents into one file entirely inside the browser. After selecting up to ten files, you can review their page counts, remove items, and place them in the exact order required before starting the operation. A dedicated browser worker copies each original page without changing its dimensions, then prepares one downloadable document. Files are not uploaded to Tooliba, retained after the session, or included in analytics. To protect browser memory, each PDF may be at most 25 MB, combined input is limited to 50 MB and 200 pages, and output is limited to 75 MB. Password-protected or encrypted documents are rejected rather than decrypted.

Split PDF extracts chosen pages from one PDF into a new document without sending the source file to a server. Enter individual pages or ranges such as 1,3,5-8, and the tool validates the selection against the detected page count before processing. Duplicate pages, reversed ranges, missing pages, and out-of-range values are rejected clearly instead of being guessed or silently changed. Work runs in a dedicated browser worker, and copied pages keep their original dimensions and order. The input may contain up to 200 pages and be at most 25 MB, while generated output is limited to 75 MB. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs are not decrypted and cannot be processed in this initial version.

Images to PDF creates one PDF from ordered JPEG and PNG images while keeping all processing on the current device. Add up to twenty images, remove or reorder them, and start conversion only when the sequence is correct. Browser decoding applies image orientation where available, then each image is centered on a sensible A4 portrait or landscape page while preserving its aspect ratio and avoiding unnecessary enlargement. No image bytes or filenames are sent to Tooliba analytics or stored for later sessions. Limits protect the browser from excessive memory use: 10 MB per image, 40 MB combined input, 6000 pixels per axis, 16 megapixels per image, 64 megapixels decoded per job, and 75 MB generated output.
